    Im having issues with Regigigas, Hisu Articuno, Zapdos & Moltres codes. The Regigigas spawns Palkia & The Hisuan Birds only spawn eggs. Somehow I got the Hisu Articuno to work ONCE but it hasn't worked since...The Victini code has never worked. [Encounter Mod On (v3.0.0)] 04000000 00DEF3A0...
