Like.
I'd be more concerned about save compatibility between versions since you are likely running an older version of the game on Switch 1. Downgrading saves may cause problems. -

Through the glitch. Didn't use any save editor on it. But again, the Zelda games have been datamined through hell and there's multiple save editors. I'm pretty sure you're safe.

I highly doubt they care to look into your save. In the end, amounts of rupees, arrows and what not are just values in a (decoded) text file within the save. It's not like they implemented a "modded" flag into the games like they did with Link's...

I've just ordered a switch 2 and hope to be able to transfer save files from Botw and Totk that has 999 items, arrows etc, and a shitload of rupees, and I hope the switch 2 won't get banned :)
