Even if the bubble pops, it would take time for things to "supposedly" go back to normal. All that purchased hardware isn't going to go back into circulation. Hell, most of it hasn't even been made yet.

How long do we need before we start to see the economy get better? all I get from this is. "Gaming is no longer a hobby." It's now being treated as premium perk that if we want to afford, might make most people's minimum wages faint from.

It's not unlikely that it's just one of the microfuses on the motherboard that got blown, after a short-circuit caused by the liquid. There could still be liquid residue and electrocorrosion inside, so, the entire motherboard should be taken out...
