I think he is likely taking an approach similar to theflow, where he will not release "new" exploits but he is more than willing to publish any findings as long as it does not go against his best interests to do so. No point in hoarding...

    BDJB is only the userland exploit. Even if you unpatch it (which you can) you will still just be chaining P2JB with it and see no improvement.
