    Hacking problem with card HELP!

    I got a dstt, it works fine but I need to put the memory card in & out then put tape to hold in just rightin order to work. And sometimes even that won't do the trick, my kids basically has to feel lucky that day in order to play cause sometimes it takes about 12 tries til we get it. Does anyone...
