    I actually tried to finish it once , but I really didn't get any further than adding types and a basic items menu.

    I kind of assumed you were joking but serious answer Pokeman doesn't work on citra yet and r4 is a ds flashcart not a 3ds

    Did you try tazing the r4 with a tazer? Sometimes you just have to recharge the circuitboard a little.
