Alright Maybe someone can shed some light here. Before installing the chip I updated the system to 16.0.2 (latest at the time). I installed v5 Hwfly in my oled switch. Everything went fine and I installed it with fly wires. Solder points are good and checks out on multimeter. Chip trained fine...
