Homebrew RELEASE Lakka.tv - turn your Switch into a RetroArch powered retrogaming console - includes PSX, N64 and PSP

I tried it many times but it always ends on the black screen, does anyone know the real reason for this black screen boot ? For me this looks like a serious issue which should get solved (if possible), an boot guarantee is mandatory, no one wants to try 30 boots in a row to hopefully has luck...

does this means I should send hekate payload as the very first step, and do not execute SX Bootmanager first ? I will give it a try later.

Does the new way to boot Hekate -> Lakka still has the black screen issue for you guys ? I still do not get this lakka to boot, I had probably around 3 successfull boots before hekate and not one correct boot since the new way to boot this. It always stays at the black screen and I have to...

You have to use rcm smash or recado or any other app to send the payload

Yes extract and copy the data as described here: https://lakka-switch.github.io/documentation/installation.html and start your switch with JIG in RCM Mode to run hekate 4.0 payload. I havn't tried it since the latest release, but my sd card is already prepared and ready to test :)

If you have used a fat32 formatted SD Card it could work in parallel, the lakka installation is only a folder on the SD Card. I have used exFat for my sx os since I prefer my XCI files are not splitted, so I would use a second SD for lakka (if there wasn't the stupid boot to black screen issue)

This goes out to those who has Lakka running I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I'm not able to boot my lakka more than once. After a restart into RCM it will never boot from sdcard again, the dirty bit for fsck is set and even if I run the payload several times, it will never boot...

Looking forward to here from your result, you can also consider to use the files from the 7z archive in #post-8228033 (Sorry I am not allowed to post a link), it contains the exact md5sum which I've mentioned

For me it also does not work all the time, one prblem which seems to I had exactly one successfull boot and after this I've stuck again on a black screen, after checking the content of my sd card the pc I've seen a lot of .FSCK files in the sd root so I guess instead of booting it is...
