    I want to archive something like replacing tressa's runelord sprite with her starseer sprite. But doing so will most likely require unpacking and repacking of the game rom. BTW I am using nsp with tinfoil...This might be a long shot...are there tools that can do this kind of thing? Thanks.

    If you have TTL pads on the board you can just solder pins on there and use a usb to serial cable to get to uboot. If not then you are SOL. Not all models can be flashed via telnet.

    A little question on installing nsp update and DLCs using tinfoil. Could there be a prerequisite issue between the two? Say for splatoon 2, I have a 2GB update and the octo expansion DLC. Does the DLC depend on the update? How do I tell? If that is the case, what happens if I install the DLC...

    FYI this worked for me: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/282908565417 Look better than the no name usb stick IMO. Has multi-color LEDs and I managed to get them to work indicating boot status, rcm switch plugged in and payload injection status. Quite cool IMO. It also has a 5000mah(18.5Whr) battery...

    That could only mean the exfat update is already in the firmware update files, that button press is just a switch to install it. Which means Nintendo purposely left it out during OFW updates just to make you do that extra system update for exfat...Wow such an ass move to force people to be on...
