No its not, people give their free time to give free cheats.

All they ask is not to take them and post to other sites, makes it worse they ignore this and take credit for making them.

If you made cheats and someone stole them and said they made them, would you be claiming this site is toxic?

Reminds me of another user/site and wonder if its the same, fort42 for the 3ds the guy clearly stole my 3ds codes for majoras mask and when confronted him about how they found the time codes he said he searched for the hour 1, 2, 3 ect which is bullshit, because the memory value doesnt show same as in game.

He also took credit for my fast forward and rewind code and his claim on how he found them again bs.

Its not nice when people do this.

You are very right, maybe he does not cheat and does not know that it takes his time. minimum the credits from the creators right?

Guys i havent made many codes just a few here and there and easy ones , not nearly talented hack cheats as most people do .
But it think ( and its only my opinion ) that instead of post after post , spreding hate to other sites the cheat makers will like more comments such as :
