lakka is probably the best way as of now

You could try running android and running dolphin through there too, but I personally haven't done that yet

you can connect a bluetooth controller via android. lakka is linux afaik so there might be a way, I would check their faq/wiki on their site(s)

Unless they've updated recently (which they might have I don't know) Lakka only supports joycons attached to the Switch. No other controllers.
