Hardware N3DSXL back plate replacement?

The color is chipping off of the back plate on my N3DSXL, and I can't for the life of me find a replacement. Nintendo seems to have stopped selling them.

Does anyone know where I can get a new one? I'd prefer just the back plate, but I'd get a whole shell if that's all there is.

Nintendo Store (at least in North America) still sells them. Hopefully they have the model you need (maybe that is what you're missing?), and I'd recommend buying sooner rather than later.
