Homebrew DS GameMaker, What do i need to run?

I want to know the things i need to run it so i can download and try porting a game im making called "Konotsu Gunner" to the DS.
Dont give me this "use c++" stuff, just tell me the stuff to run it
 
It says

Try installing the latest devkitPro first, then install devkitPwn.

Did you have the updater download the files for devkitArm?

I'm sure you're sick of hearing "DS Game Maker/PALib bad" but if you're ever interested in switching to a more up-to-date high-level library I recommend NightFox's Lib. Regardless, good luck with your development!

(Late reply) Well, from what i remember, dsgm has 3D stuffs in it, so there is that, i mean i know how to dev in raw c also now.

only issues with dsgm (and devkitpro so far) is lack of a skeletal animation/multi material model library
