Homebrew question related to more pc98 stuff

So. Chromebook pc98 emulation. (on google drive, sound machine broke)
AND 3DS pc98 emulation... (bless your heart raima)

Time for a mental circus! :o)

Name some even nastier formats the PC98 could run on... (Gba? Dsi? Snes?)
and the god awful mess you would need to run a pc98 on it. (Massive external rom? Graphics card wired to the cartridge? EXT HDD sucking life out of the console?)
(Imagine something like that NES cart that emulates SNES games on NES.)
