This config is in all games with this Engine - FIA Truck Championship, TT Isle of Man and V-Rally 4. You can enable/disable graphics settings, enable 60 FPS, force language officially not supported on Switch.
And please don't use translator, because your post almost doesn't make any sense.
Switch is using lower quality models in game. 1920x1080 is only a target for Dynamic Resolution that is not achievable outside of main menu.

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
