That's rather vague, but I'm *assuming* you're referring to installing Wii themes. Iirc you need to get NUS Downloader, open it, check the first and third checkboxes, go to Database... > System (Wii) > 0000000100000002 - System Menu > v513 (4.3U)(assuming you're on 4.3U), then Start NUS Download!. Once finished, get 00000097.app, which is in titles/0000000100000002/513. You can then proceed with the CSM creation.

I highly recommend having BootMii installed, as themes can easily brick your Wii!

Again, this is rather vague, so I'm not completely sure what you're looking for.
