So I'm trying to add a character to my party after recruitment is no longer possible (after the time skip) and I'm having some difficulties, any help would be very appreciated.

Since for some reason you cannot recruit Hilda with female Byleth, thought I'd add her with the save editor. Only problem is that she's only added to the roster, she still isn't available on the supports list and still cannot be instructed at the start of each week. I haven't tried finding her in the hub but I suppose she won't be available for that too.

Any ideas how I could fix this? I'm willing to even try hex editing but I'm very inexperienced with it.
Yeah, recruitment with the editor is weird. I managed to recruit Hilda, Dedue, Claude and Dimitri while on the Black Eagles route with Female Byleth just fine. However, ONLY Hilda has supports. The other 3 are functional party members but have no support options. While Dimitri and Claude function in battle, their unique classes like Lord and higher have no model on the BE route, so it crashes in battle. So basically the exact opposite of your problem haha. I want to ask Falo about it, but they're on vacation..so I guess just wait a little.

Hi everyone,
Thanks so much for all the hard work everyone has put into these cheats and the save editor! I used the SX-OS cheats including Stop enemy movement and played around a bit with max movement/restore default movement and, I'm not sure what happened, but now Dedue is unable to move in battle at all. All characters can move normally except for Dedue - he can only attack enemies who come up directly to him. If there's no enemies near him, I can only select "Item" or "Wait". I'm not sure which cheat may have caused this, but it does not change, no matter which battle I take part in or how the game progresses. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

Have you checked his movement stat via the editor?Other then that I don't have any other idea :(
What should the movement stat be at by default? I suppose it varies depending on their class, but I will take a look at this. Thanks for the idea - will follow up.

I've been using the cheats for a while now, but today after I downloaded the latest cheats file from the attachment, my Switch can't find them... Any ideas what's the problem might be?

Delete the old file and then copy it over. Sometimes that can bug out.

Ill check the all cheats file, might have a cheat missing a bracket, but also depending on if your using atmosphere or not the file size needs to be a certain size

Default move for most classes is 4. The "Stop Enemy Movement" cheat can also effect your party members sometimes. No idea how it triggers. Just reload the save or try using the "Boots of the Wind" item to increase their move back up.

Wow, the exact opposite, huh... Then I guess the issues are some missing flags which the game sets randomly upon detection that they're missing? Can't explain it any other way, not that I'm a professional. Could it be those bits that are still undefined? If you'd like to we can exchange our save files and examine the differences in the flags.

My next step was going to be to start two new saves for the other routes and try copying over the flags on those characters to my original save. I'm not at home though and can't try it right now. No idea if it'll work though, I doubt every single flag is available in the editor.

In future updates maybe, currently more than half of the flags are still undefined. Still, it's quite amazing how far the editor has come in just a week or two after the game's release.
I might just try the method with the new save you mentioned tonight. Maybe I could even export and import Hilda in my main save.

Thats a good idea actually. I was planning on manually changing flags, importing would probably work better.

Try cheat to infernal. You wont find it easy next unless you max out your character stat etc..lol..

Oh, the cheats to set the difficulty to Maddening and Infernal actually work? I didn't even try using them because I assumed they were placeholders until the upcoming DLC, so I figured they either wouldn't do anything or they'd be super broken and unbalanced.

I was under the same assumption, but if this is the case then I think I'll probably have a go at Maddening since Hard is relatively easy if you time manage properly (and don't get hax'd by every 3% crit chance an enemy has, or miss every 80% chance gambit).

As for the actual difficulties themselves, how different are they to Hard exactly? Is it just over-inflated numbers as is standard, or are there other minute changes that can be found out and about?

probably not, i have all the Amiibos so far.. just few songs and some items , nothing really special that i seen?..-(Correct as needed)

Just for the songs. I suppose those are in game and just need the amiibo to check a flag or something. No idea tho, just asking to see if it is possible.
