hi

1- how to update hekate - had old version 2.3 i want to update it to last version

2- if had old ns system version 2 or 3 but games as sonic mania require updated version - dose the cfw solve this without need to update

3- ns had hekate mod -- can use xcuter sx with it or it use different loader ??

4- tegrarcm must used it every time - inject payload ?? or there is simple way ?

1. multiple ways to update hekate.

- go to hekate website, download latest version.
read the "readme" along the download, it usually says if you can replace existing folders, or if you need to delete previous ones.
hint : you need to delete them now.

- there are tools to automate the update process, like toolbox homebrew, or python script updater. but I won't cover it here.

if it's already installed, and the game require version 4, you need to update your firmware to v4+
updating hekate will not change anything.
Hekate IS NOT A CFW.
CFW are : Atmosphere, ReiNX, SXOS.

updating the CFW will not fix your problem.
Solution 1 : delete the game, reinstall using "bypass requested firmware version" option. Note that if the game uses a library only present in newest version, bypassing the check will not be enough to make the game work.
Solution 2 : update the firmware with choixduJouxNX to go past the required version from the game.

hekate is a RCM payload, and a payload booter, so it can boot other payloads (it can boot sx os too)

no other simple way.
you need to send hekate (or another RCM payload) to the switch from one way or another.
either from USB ... or from internal modchip.
