ROM Hack Question Keeping save from CFW to OFW

So I've been playing Smash offline on CFW but I want to restore my clean nand and play it online.
However when I do a nand restore it will erase all my saves, correct?
So is there anyway I can continue playing the game on ofw using the save from when I played on CFW? And if this is possible would it result in a ban?

it is possible I did it with hacdiskmount, make sure that when you restore the save you launch the game at least once and play something offline so it'll overwrite just in case, I did this for smash and never got banned as the OFW technically never touched CFW with the clean nand restore

Yeah that's what I was thinking, and because it's not a modded save it shouldn't get a ban.
I heard of some people saying they just boot into ofw without doing a nand restore and play online but Im not wanting to risk that, although that would be ideal. I'll look into this hacdiskmount. Thanks.
