In sad news, Stan Lee has passed at 95. According to TMZ, “an ambulance rushed to Lee’s Hollywood Hills home early Monday morning and he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We’re told that’s where he died.” Rest in peace and farewell, Mr. Lee.

I wouldn't be surprised if they used cgi to put him in the newer ones. I find it hard to believe he didn't have his face scanned at some point.

I'd hope at best, they use his image as a hologram or on a poster in the background.

Rumor for years was that he's been recording cameos for quite some time now, so it's probably gonna be a long time until there's no more (non-cg) cameo's.
