does cfw leave leave files on the system's memory? And do games installed with nsp files leave files on the switch after deletion

If you made a NAND backup before hacking, you can remove these files. Otherwise, there is no other way to completely remove them.is there anyway to delete the files?
is there any non banned sysnand files i can download and use or are these files specific to the system? If you made a NAND backup before hacking, you can remove these files. Otherwise, there is no other way to completely remove them.

NAND's are console-specific.is there any non banned sysnand files i can download and use or are these files specific to the system?

Yes. Nintendo changed the way Nintendo Accounts work when firmware 6.0 launched. All consoles linked to an account are either the Primary or Secondary. Primary consoles can launch all games and content associated with that account offline while secondary consoles need to be online to launch any associated games and content in order to verify the account owns them.can i use one account on multiple switches
so if I had one hacked switch and another nonhacked switch would my non hacked switch be banned or negatively affectedYes. Nintendo changed the way Nintendo Accounts work when firmware 6.0 launched. This is where things become dicey. Normally, only a hacked console should be banned, not a console with an account that was linked to another hacked console. But one user claims that their console was banned just for having an account linked from a previously hacked console. So its up to you if you wish to take the risk. Personally, I don't think Nintendo would ban an unhacked console just because its associated with an account linked to a hacked console but we're talking about Nintendo here.so if I had one hacked switch and another nonhacked switch would my non hacked switch be banned or negatively affected
