Homebrew HELP! System crash after launching homebrew

Hello i recently tried to cfw my 3ds with ocs but i failed then tried boot9strap and it worked alright but when i launch homebrew the system crashes and since i updated my 3ds to the newest fw version i also cannot use soundhax .

1. Put the boot.3dsx file on the root of the SD card.

Sooo as i said i updated my fw to 11.8. I have droped the file in the root of my sd card and now the console screen never turns on

What happens when you turn the system on? Does it have the power light turn on and then turn back off?

It turns on but never turn off untill i press the button to do so

1. Remove and reinsert the battery to reset RAM memory.
2. Remove the SD card.
3. Turn on the 3DS and hold (Select) to verify it has Luma3DS v9.1 with these exact settings.
   • Do not have this marked: ( ) Disable ARM11 exception handlers.

4. Try booting into HOME Menu without the SD card.
5. If it does boot, try again with the card.
