Grab parappa pkg, open with pub-chk all 0's, comment out cfg, swap user_l0.img (iso renamed), repkg with pub-gen, install.

@ploggy this is pretty much it mate I will write up something tomorrow asap

I tried the C64 Homebrew ISO again while following your tut and managed to get it to boot.. (I must of messed up somewhere yesterday when I tried) :P
Bad news, it gets further but still doesn't work. It get's to the initial C64 splash screen then blackscreens a few seconds after, also the sound is awful lol REALLY distorted.
Doesn't look good for PSP Homebrew on PS4 :( Hopefully Sony keeps pumping out Remasters and updates their PSP Emulator.

I think you should add you need to not copy over the licence files too, otherwise it throws an error when building the PKG :) (it did for me anyway) :P

he sorta does it's not in the list (license file) but it's not listed as a file to delete I noticed that too

In my version of pug gen I do not have option of "Click command > project settings>package" as an option. i take it there is a newer version you are using?

ah ok I have another version of these files and I do see the setting now will continue my testing
