Well, the entire stage lagged. :) Fought Remy and was suddenly able to block all his attacks on reaction.. ;) I suspect its because of an effect in the background of the stage, but thats just me guessing.

Lag was at "playable slowmo" severeness, so definitely noticeable... ;)

Only in that one stage so far (Jungle, totems blowing dust in the background) though. :)

Version used was the european one, that FBA suggested as default.

edit: Also - the Switch "digi not exactly pad" is an issue... Fighting games that werent adapted for it require input precision thats just not there. I can do hadokens, shoryukens and 2x qcf supers, but the pull of rate is not great.. :) Also no controller remapping in the menu as of now (but its early.. :) ).
Thanks for the reports :)

Yes I still have some work to do on it, I just wanted to share my enjoyment with this very early build. I guess it should only be a matter of small fixes.

im using a 125gb sd card could that be the reason it not installing and hanging at pegaswitch screen?

Potentially, probably - yes. :) I dont have one here atm to test. (32GB SDHC sdcards are about 15 USD currently. Buy one. Tell us your results. :) )

I have now tried a 2, 4, and 64gb fat32 formatted card without success. I don't think the SD card matters. A reddit user reported success with a 200gb sd card.

Much, much appreciated. :) It would have been a sad day 1 without emulation. :)

So this basically has no meaning for anyone who isn't a developer? Kind of seems odd to risk your Switch at this early point in time for nothing.

So I, like many others, am only get to the PegaSwitch screen upon clicking 'Install' and can't get the "2000-1337" error code to indicate successful installation. Something is up. So, I installed a custom DNS server locally and compiled the exploit from source and used the simple provided Web server to server the exploit up. Now, I am able to view errors via Pegaswitch that are happening. Some are as follows (note this is not the whole log, just more interesting pieces):

Code:
in post method
{"msg":"Handle 1 ready"}
{"msg":"Got incoming message on 10001a"}
{"msg":"Writing handle"}
{"msg":"replyandreceive"}
{"msg":"Copying data"}
{"msg":"Pipe closed.  Removing."}
{"msg":"Running installer.nro"}
 - - [19/Feb/2018 12:33:00] "GET /installer.nro HTTP/1.1" 200 -
{"msg":"length: 270336"}
{"msg":270336}
{"msg":"dynamic offset: 0x0"}
{"msg":"IPC message:"}
{"msg":"- Command ID / Result code: Error: 0x1216 (Unable to verify NRO hash or NRR signature in module RO userland)"}
{"msg":"IPC message:"}
{"msg":"- Command ID / Result code: Error: 0x1216 (Unable to verify NRO hash or NRR signature in module RO userland)"}
{"msg":"error in then()"}
{"msg":[826,"0x1216 (Unable to verify NRO hash or NRR signature in module RO userland)","ResultCode@[edited due to links etc - thanks gbatemp]"]}

The error I typically get switch-side is "2011-0301".

It seems like something is up trying to run the installer NRO. Furthermore, researching this particular error, ("unable to verify NRO hash") there are some help threads elsewhere about enabling sdbcore in Pegaswitch (not related to homebrew launcher; just pegaswitch general hello world).

So, I tried to re-compile the "nx-hbexploit300" source, this time enabling sdbcore. It now appears to "do more", and the webbrowser especially tends to spin longer (and/or indefinitely) and such. However, I have waited 10+ minutes, and still nothing.

At a loss now as to what could be causing this. For what it is worth, system version is absolutely "3.0.0", and I am using a switch that shipped with this version (bought a few months ago just for this purpose).

Thoughts?

They saying about Quake 2 right now LOL. Cant belive how fast its going everything right now
Holy shit. O.o
Things are going lightspeed fast.

Hopefully someone can jump ahead and implement libnx into the RetroArch ports, and that would pretty much cover everything up to N64 from the get go.
