Hacking Banners/icon templates for Wii VC

Here is Luigi's Mansion Gamecube Set. I used entire splash for them instead of just the small banners as I think it looks better. Hope you like it. Also used what i think from a post is @Xyphoseos gamecube Template. I might be wrong might be someone else's but saw on a post he made.

Wow, In my mind, GameCube Virtual Console was going to be made by hackers, but i didn't think it would be so soon, my dreams are reality! I Would love to see a way to access to the Wii Menu via an injection, so I can use the GamePad in all the games and homebrews.

All tga images output MUST have exactly this size or your WUP will be corrupted and won't start:
iconTex.tga - 65.580 bytes
bootTvTex - 2.764.844 bytes
bootDrcTex - 1.229.804 bytes

How can I save this size? My sizes are always different if I use the template and change it
