If i understand correctly, to update godmode9 i just replace the GodMode9.firm from my luma/payloads folder on my sd card with the latest file. The question is: do i need to replace the file on my sysnand as well? i remember installing luma along with godmode9 payload onto my sysnand, that was a while ago, now godmode9 uses scripts. So, do i need to update on both sd card and sysnand? and if so, where do i put the scripts folder? because i know the directory for godmode9 on sysnand is: [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND/rw/luma/payloads but i dont know where to put the scripts folder (or if there's any need to update godmode9 on sysnand at all).

As far as I know and what I do is just replace the payload and call it a day. I was unaware you can have it on SysNAND, I guess it's good in case your SD card fails but you can just throw the payload on a new SD card and you'd be good to go again.

The rw directory can be treated like your SD, and scripts don't have to be in a specific directory. So you can just create a folder for them in rw, place them there, and navigate to them when needed.

oh, i see, i thought maybe i could mess something on the 3ds by placing files where they shouldnt be
