Setting nds bootstrap to auto update on launch seems to give arm11 data abort exception. (I think that's what i've narrowed down to be the cause).

That's fixed in the next version.

I have this flashcard, I installed every file and put the files from the two folder in the root of the flashcard but when I press add games it only shows a white screen.

R4i-SDHC works however the one my friend has is another one with wifi and not the one on the image you posted.

It's still the Original R4.
I'm not sure if it works, but you can try.

It didn't work, it would stuck with a white screen like before, i downloaded the pack in the OP and tried to use the o.2.0

Did you set the flashcard in the settings screen?

With the beta when i stay on menu screen of twloader a fews minutes my 3ds totally freeze

Okay, game is now loading. But unplayable... 2 seconds freeze, 5 seconds Gameplay, 2 Seconds freeze... Anything I can do to make the game run smooth? Or do I need to wait for updates? (And Horrible long loading times, nearly 45 seconds)

Just install this nightly version, and uninstall the TWLNAND side, as the nightly will install an updated version for you.
After starting the nightly, make sure the bootstraps are up to date.
