If i have a dumped game in my vita can i play a legit copy of another game online?
Can i also play legit copy of 3.61 games on 3.60 if i installed henkaku? Any response is appreciated.

Gee, what games are you interested in? Your mileage will vary depending on what they are. If you're short on space, you can delete a game's sce_sys/manual folder (save up to 60MB) or get rid of extra languages.

This was with VPKs when Maidumps weren't a thing and you couldn't install from a folder with Vitashell. Just install Maidumps or extracted VPKs to avoid this.
