You can't bypass 022-2812, there isn't a solution for it nor will be one. This is the hard truth, it's perma ban, confirmed by Nintendo themself.

A cropped screenshot with no Company sig (my Nintendo e-mail ALL feature Mario) and some guy that said he called and was told point blank it was permanent, yet when I messaged them to inquire, they said and I quote ""For a variety of reasons, we are unable to adequately address this topic via chat or mail" and told me to call within business hours. I'm not saying the ban is permanent or temp, I'm just saying there is NO CONFIRMATION one way or the other so everyone claiming without a doubt it is one way or the other are all assuming.

This could only be done with 002-0102, if you have both bans, you're out of luck.
