The deviceID seems to be unique to each 3DS or perhaps online account (it seems to roughly scale with the age of the 3DS, so that an older 3DS sends a lower ID).

So if we found where the hell the device id is and just simply give it a really HIGH id..... ;D
We HAVE to find all locations of the id. The big question though is.... how?

Ok, here is the proof of the mail i had with Nintendo FR... i let you translate but they said the ban is permanent and they can't do anything because it's Nintendo Japan who ban the consoles.
I just send another mail for be sure nothing can be do because it's not coherent to block the access to eShop for fight piracy.
