At the moment yes, no ones tried actually deleting LocalFriendCodeSeed_B to see if it regenerates. If it does then you would only need your banned console

What's the right way to edit the secure info do you just put random numbers or what?

Can u post a tutorial on what you did. I believe I have everything I need. However my friend was the one who installed cfw for me so all this is new to me. Im pretty tech savy though so I should be able to follow everything. Only reason my friend had to do it was because he had to dsiware system transfer to mines.

I really wouldn't have a clue about tutorial, literally what I did was dump the files from the o3ds in decrypt 9, edited the secureinfo (easy to find that tut) then inject to the n3ds

It doesn't use an NNID though. I tried with MK7 and it worked fine

I injected a banned Friend_code_B into an unbanned unit (because my unbanned unit is expendable), and it got banned. (proves that friend_code_B is the problem)
Reinjecting the unbanned Friend_code_B unbanned it. (no surprises there)

Transfer is across O3DSXL US and N3DSLL JP

So now transferring the unbanned friendcode to the originally banned unit, and its unbanned (the 002-0102 code gone)

However, can't access eshop (022-2812).
(edit: after accessing eshop, funny enough, I can still access online services)

I installed Moon, had Wifi on, played the game for about 10 minutes, only did the character creation and walked around a little bit.

As of this writing, not banned in any way. Phew! Deleted just to be sure though.
