Hi i have downloaded a load of games from nusgrabber that are not avilable elsewhere. The thing is i need to create title.tik to install game. so how do i make a fake tickit.

Still dying to play BOII on Wii U online. I own it on Xbox 360, but M$ charges you like there's no tomorrow lol.

Huh, I remember that BO2 had an WUD version, maybe you can extract the WUD if you find it, or wait a week or so, and probably someone will have an EUR version

Install RegionFree on your Wii U (modified sys_prod.xml) and you can install and play BOII (USA) just fine on your EUR Wii U SysNAND.

It has a feature of creating a ticket without downloading the whole game again.

You can download a ticket of every game/DLC/Update on "that 3ds ticket site" the one who ask for the title ID and the Title Key. You can find both on another website also, ultra easy.

try googling some thing like "wiiu title database" or "3DS tik generator" pretty sure you gonna find what you want in the first lines.

looked at the 3ds tickit generator site but where do i get the Encrypted Title Key?

You need iosuhax to install them but they won't brick.
