Hacking SD Card issue while following Plailect guide

Hello, so I've been following the plailect guide for my old 3DS (eu). It's been fine all the way to the preparation steps for installing the arm9loaderhax, where my SD card suddenly decided that I'm not allowed to access it anymore (corrupted).

The good news is, I've done a backup of the files9 folder before this. The bad news is, I have no idea which files I need from the previous steps in order to proceed with said arm9loaderhax.

I assume the steps forward would be this: Format the SD card, do the preparation steps towards the arm9loaderhax according to the guide. But is that sufficient? Will I run into issues with not having any files from previous steps?

My old 3DS is currently on 2.1.0 firmware from the ctrtransfer bit of the guide.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

do you have any NAND backups on your computer?

Isn't it suggested to use a different cluster size? (I think it says 52K?) And make sure you're using MBR.

At that point you don't need any file, just follow the guide https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Installing-arm9loaderhax
But keep the backup (the files9 folder) on your pc

Well just to be sure copy files9 on the sd as well, you'll need to put aeskeydb.bin and fbi there anyway
