Hacking Transferring save from dumped game into PSN DL

Having a blast 5 hours in ToCS, decided to buy them via PSN and transfer them via PS3. Can my dumped game save (VT1.1) be used in the PSN downloaded game? or should I start from scratch?

No. Right now it's not possible. Though you may try the cross-save function and see if that may work.
