At this point I would instead see if the game is in freeShop first, as it provides the game, updates and DLC.
RF cias were only necessary before CFW's had it built in. Pretty much any modern CFW will have RF built in along with on-the-fly patching for TWL and AGB. Now you can just download any region and use it.
Can you copy and paste the game into a back up hard disk after you have downloaded it from the freeshop ? and downloading the game from the freeshop take long time if it a large game and you can't put your system into sleep mode during that , will that harm the screen because it will remain static ?

If you want to backup cias, you will need to use ciangel. Freeshop doesn't turn games into cias. You cannot put your ds in sleep mode either sadly as we don't know how to use the eshop sleep mode download feature or something like that.

The only way to back it up to hard disk would be to make a backup of your SD and NAND, which I always recommend keeping a regular updated backup of your main NAND and SD card (I usually like to do it every week, or right before I make any major changes).
As for sleep mode, freeShop puts itself into a "sleep" mode which turns the top screen off and lowers brightness on the lower screen. And with modern LCD technology you don't have to worry about screen burn-in unless you have the same image on that LCD for a very long time, over the course of at least several days.
Maybe some day soon I'll test speed differences between CIA (downloading, transfer to SD, installing) vs freeShop install. In fact I'll probably make that my project tonight if I get around to it.

Cool .Does ciangel have sleep download option ? and can I update the game or add dlc with the tool after installing the cia?

Good idea , you can easily make a backup for the sd card but how can you back up your NAND regularly ? is there a tool for that ?

most gsmes have updates and dlc available to download. Ciangel cannot download in sleep mode either because of limitations. Use decrypt9 (for both sysnand and emunand) or emunand tool (on windows only afaik) for backing up nands.
