Hacking [HELP] A9LH + Luma 5.5 3D Stuck on

After turning on my 3D and scrolling around the menu, I opened the system settings app and turned off the 3D at the same time only to have my 3D stuck on. The slider is down but the 3D is still active. Even after turning my 3DS off the 3D stayed on.
