Every one of those were fixed on 10.6 or below. The maximum supported version for any of them is 10.5.

That is currently on the Browserhax page. Go check if you want. Bypassing the version check doesn't mean that there is a working exploit on the browser.

Browserhax works on 10.6 with the date trick just fine.
It maybe takes a few tries but it's working.
I used it on my 2DS and had no issues at all.

Thats not for browserhax at all! thats to bypass the browserblock that was added in older firmwares, it was to be able to USE the browser. Browserhax was blocked in 10.5(as shown in here

Sure you need an exploit game, but you can downgrade<=10.7 completely through software. And it's pretty stable.

Eh, how did i downgrade then?
My MK7 bundle came with 10.6 and i was able to downgrade without any issues with browserhax and SafeSysUpdater

You probably misread the version, you cant run Browserhax Or Menuhax on 10.6 since Both are patched in 10.6

There isnt a way to load browserhax on 10.6 since Yellows8 himself confirmed it was patched.

As of February 24, 2016, the browser-version-check requires that the installed Old3DS browser be on >=v10.6. With New3DS, it only has to be on >=v10.2 currently. To bypass this requirement on Old3DS/New3DS(this bypass is only usable prior to 10.7.0-32 since it's fixed with 10.7.0-32), you can do the following(if you want to know how this works see here):

1. Goto System Settings. Then change the datetime to January 1, 2000, 00:00.
2. Use the browser 'Initialize savedata' option, before any page gets loaded triggering the browser-version message.
3. Continue to use browserhax as normal.

I mean, you can get the 10.7 3DS since it will downgrade but you would need a Cartridge exploit(OOT3D with Powersaves works flawlessly in 10.7, since i have downgraded my friend's 3DS that was on 10.7 using OOT3Dhx)

Seriously now though, it does work with the bypass trick.
It only takes a while till it successfully boots into homebrew launcher.
It's normal when you see a few error screens when you try it on 10.6

Just keep on trying.
