Releasing a kernel hack now is a bad idea unless he has several in reserve.

Of course, the same applies to releasing a primary exploit....

I want to install v*hax on my n3ds, but the game is on my o3ds...
i have to update to do a system transfer so i'm really looking forward to this.

we're on the same boat, hehe. though 11.0 isn't downgradable without hardmod yet.
I'm just going to lay low for a while, play super mario rpg on an emulator perhaps, wait for a kernel exploit to come.
If it doesn't, then, I'll have to hardmod.

On the plus side, it not being an eShop only title means I can use it to downgrade from 10.7 with currently available solutions, and won't need to upgrade to 11.0 to access the eShop.
