Hacking Can 10.6 emunand be decrypted?

I cant seem to find a definite answer. Can I decrypt 10.6 emunand to extract Mii PLaza and Streetpass data from it?

If yes, whats the best tool?

If not, then whats the highest version that can be decrypted?

iirc, it uses a pretty similar NATIVE_FIRM to 10.3 (hence is why a downgrade via a hardmod still works), that being said, I'd guess yes however I haven't actually tried it.

So if you want to extract saves for system games?
if so use jk's savefiler. that can export import these saves.

This could be my salvation right there... can it extract the Mii plaza stuff?
