I need help. My backups all seem to find a reason to not work. I currently have 3 games working on Loadiine: Wind Waker, Mario 3d World, New Super Luigi. I have wud files for several other games and cannot get them to the point where they are usable. I use Uwizard to decrypt. Mario Kart 8 I was able to dycrypt, but when I try to copy it to my micro SD, it takes like an hour and it will give me a warning with one or two of the files saying that this particular file can't be copied for some reason (I may be able to give you the specific error later). I've tried transferring it 3 or 4 times now and I've even tried re-decrypting it. The resulting file on my SD card has been 1 point something GBs when I bothered to check it (I think it should be over 4GB). The card is 128GB and I have other games that work just fine with it. What could be going wrong? I'm having different issues with other games as well, but I'll stick to one problem at a time.

What is needed is a site-wide Shit-Poster Ignore list that can optionally be subscribed to.
That way, all of the Shit-Posters can be ignored as a group.
Let them shitpost all they want... only the other Shit-Posters will see it.
Banning them doesn't work because they just create a new account and resume their shitposting.

I strongly suspect that these shitposters have an objective in mind... to get the Devs to RageQuit.
And I'll also say that unfortunately, they are spectacularly meeting their objectives.
I'm sure Nintendo is very proud of them.

Any normal, reasonable person would be able to understand that the Devs are doing this of their own free will.

I'd put money on that Hykem would have finished this one up by now if he had not been totally demotivated by being called a "Lying Clown", as he so blatantly posted on Twitter.

The shitposters on these forums have done a great job of demoralizing not only this Dev, but I'm sure others that are following this one's progress.
We have them to thank that this exploit will most likely never see the light of day.

He doesn't hates anyone, and even if he, what's the point of posting there? You think he will never release it, why don't you do something useful for once? For you it's Silver's "IT'S NO USE!", but no one cares about your type of whinners, if you're not happy about Hykem exploit, tell him or just don't post, believe me, that's better for everyone. You just lose hope, shall I remind you Hykem is losing HIS OWN time and gives his exploit completely FREE? He has nothing to owe us, he is already kind enough to work on an exploit for free and without asking anything in counterbalance, so please stop whinning, or do it in a forum that matches your type of intelligence (you know, the teletubbies forum etc)

Thanks for the reply. I have watched the video, but decryption isn't my problem for most games. The only game I couldn't get to decrypt was Hyrule Warriors, but it's not all that high on my list of games I want to play. I've already described my troubles with Mario Kart. I downloaded Mario Maker in an already decrypted form, but it does not include the meta folder and will not launch (black screen, no response) from Loadiine (I assume because it's lacking the meta folder). Treasure Tracker won't launch from Loadiine either. If I recall correctly, it was also lacking the meta folder. But I decrypted Treasure Tracker myself, so I'm not sure why it would be missing. Is it possible that I'm coincidentally getting a bunch of bad downloads, or am I just not seeing what I'm doing wrong? Mario Kart has to be the most curious because it's actually transferring it from the PC to the SD card that is giving me the issue.

Sounds like an SD card issue, especially if you're having issues xfering files. If you have a smaller SD card, give that a try to rule out SD card issues.

sorry for kick-in in another hykem thread but try this:
download SD formatter, backup all files from your SD ( microsd) card to PC and format with this options in SDFormatter:
Format type : FULL (overwrite), Format size adjustment : ON. after formatting copy your previously backup to SD
also i can suggest you to try another card reader if you use one.


ps i got 5.5.0 fw, but method with Sdformatter save me bunch of times with card troubles

Especially when those are more like "hopeful intentions" than "promises" .

Hykem already explained his current situation himself, we can't help those who don't have enough intellegence/maturity to understand and react in a reasonable manner . At some point you can only ignore and let the mods do the clean up when things get nasty.
