Hacking Official [Source Release] ReiNand CFW

Has anyone actually tried to use that homebrew to access ironhax? Are we certain its the system that fails to launch if it sees an update and not the game refusing to launch if the server tells it that it is out of date?

I personally haven't tried it but the info what version is the newest needs to come from somewhere and that info is in this versionList. UpdateSuppressor is supposed to be able to remove certain versions that why it should work. Another thing is you cant expect that everyone is always online so it can be only a file on the system.

10.4 broke my 100% boot rate. Now it takes 2 or more times to actually boot. Maybe I need to switch to BootCTR instead of CBM.

I just rename the ReiNand.3dsx to boot.3dsx so it goes directly to ReiNand, and I maintain homebrew launcher access by naming the launcher to menu.3dsx and edit the HBLauncher CIA's payload to target that. My boot rate is pretty solidly near 100%, if not totally. No fails yet.

3.1 not work on 10.3jpn 10.4jpn both firmwares. always get black screen or freeze on splash screen.
anyway, its not really problem for me 3.0 works fine on 10.3. boot rate is 90% or more.
I can play MHX on emunand its cool.

I've been messing with things and I got ReiNand working with O3DS. Obviously it's not my work, I just copied all the relevant offsets (and the reboot patch payloads) from Cakes.
All (signatures, emunand, reboot patch for large RAM games) works fine, and I've checked the resulting Firm in memory to be good, I just need to clean it a bit tomorrow Now I'm off to sleep.

10.4 emunand works just fine, just backup your emunand as part of standard safety protocol for these things.

NTR boots on 10.4 (see the 3.2 thread for @Shadowtrance's updated CIA) but I haven't tested the CPU speed/cache plugin yet.

So when i boot with the link you sent me through boot manager it gets stuck at the reinand splash screen

No, this isn't an update request (which are stored in the versionList), this is a hard-coded forced update specifically for Ironfall <1.2. Even if you clear all update notes from your 3DS, 10.4 will still not let you launch Ironfall until it's updated.
