i am make only ds with 9.2 other higher

I don't think browserhax works on 8.x. Try going to go.gateway-3ds.com on your 3DS and see if that works.

just use MSET. MSET is by far the most stable way to get to CFW in my experience.

you dont need to update to install cfw and you dont need hax to install cfw either . . . just use this guide [Tutorial] Installing rxTools Custom Firmware - (3DS and 2DS)

Not recommended.
A few people have stucked on 9.X DG for unknown incompatible issues.
