yep this is true i have a brother with autism and he is very good at what he does (his forte is sports stats), but while people with autism can be socially awkward in my time spent working with people with on different levels of the spectrum its actually quite rare to find one who is needlessly rude/vulgar (most are generally quite mild mannered compared to "non autistic" people) and almost always they excel in some aspect of their lives despite needing extra emotional/social support

(sorry didnt want to take this thread off topic, but lets be honest its a bit off topic by default, and i think educating people about autism is more productive than shitting on everyone)

I am the worst on this forum(self proclaimed). The mods and admins have been rather gracious to me even with as much as an asshole as I have been. Eventhough I fit on that spectrum, I can be quite the asshole. Part of it has been my upbringing and the trauma I have endured. I have learned to not give a fuck and just say what I think even if it may be harsh. It is at least me being my true self instead of me creating a veil of lies. I am an asshole on the outside, but when it comes to those that I love then I will do anything I can to help people to the point that I get taken advantage of by most people.

Thanks TotalInsanity4...as an aspie myself (aka someone with aspergers syndrome), I definitely know the pain of being stereotyped because of my disability. The list of stereotypes someone with aspergers syndrome can be affected by can be pretty much endless.

Anyway, though this is just my first post in this topic, I am most certainly fine with waiting until Hykem officially releases his exploit (presuming he does release it)...if any part of my life revolved around this exploit, it would only be a small part. I have looked at the thread countless times, yet I am remaining as patient as I can be. Just as long as I can "kill" the waiting time by doing other stuff before the exploit is released (because I do have a life outside of here, of course).

If and when the exploit is released, I'm definitely going to be eager to try it, so I'm saving my eagerness for if and/or when that time comes.

You are wrong to assume that all aspergers syndrome dxd individuals have high IQ. There is ZERO correlation between IQ and autism spectrum.Infact most people with aspergers have average IQ. You are right to say people with aspergers with high iq are successful but most people with high IQ are successful regardless of aspergers.

Also, going on that same path, there are far too many individuals being diagnosed on the autism spectrum that suffer from a condition that is not truly autism, but the medical definition is far too loose at this moment.

I go to a place that helps out people that have either autism or aspergers syndrome, and many of the clients there are gamers (myself included). We don't always necessarily play the same games though.

yep i had a similar message wrote out but figured it would be pointless, but yeah in my experience, people with autism tend to be very driven into one specific field, so while that doesn't help get a super high IQ in some cases they still excel in their chosen field/area of expertise

one of the issues is the social stigma + people with autism/aspergers tend to have poor social skills.....and as mentioned above their drie is their drive, i tried to see if i could convince my brother to get into something more "productive"....but the desire simply isnt there and i/he cant force him to want to do it, and without a desire to do it he simply will not even try
