Homebrew Install cias on emunand?

Okay. I have 9.2 downgraded from 10.3, working fine.
I have an emunand from rxTools. Running 9.2.
My question: How can I update the emunand to 10.3 (I have O3DS) and install cia files on it? Wouldn't 10.3 stop me from using FBI? Or... what?

I appreciate any help

You go to System Settings, make sure you are on emunand, and just update your emunand. From my own experience, I used rxTools to inject FBI into the Heatlh & Safety app and that allowed me to install CIAs even tho it was a 10.3 emunand.

It says RX-E 9.2.9-20E. I'll update my emunand now.

When I load eShop on 10.3 Emunand, it stays on the loading screen forever.
After signing in, it sits with the loading circle forever :/

I sent you a link earlier to universal inject generator, use that to inject a CIA manager into H&S app (don't use rxtools for it it doesn't do it cleanly.)
I'd suggest getting DevMenu into your H&S app then you can run it from there.

DevMenu is an official Nintendo SDK dev kit tool.
FBI is open-source made by the community.

FBI allows you to uninstall and install system titles. Only use FBI if you need to do that.
DevMenu is better for everything else.

Official Nintendo tool, it's just gonna work, while FBI can have problems sometimes and then Steveice has to make an update to it to fix it, and then sometimes more problems can show up, zzz
DevMenu will just always work. It also automatically installs to NAND or SD depending on the .cia

Not really.

As DevMenu is copyrighted content you,ll have to find it yourself. However I can tell you that gateway's website has a download to DevMenu.3ds so you should be able to find it easily.
That .3ds can be converted to .cia like any other 3ds rom and then injected into H&S app.

One more question if I can hijack my own thread.

What's the deal with unlinking sysnand and emunand? Is there any reason why I would do this? What does it do lol? And what will happen if I don't?
