Close it with b

How to activate wifi while in HBL?

I could set the wifi on in HBL o.o

I was on 9.8 but now I'm on 9.0

How I did it(Finally):
Setup menuhax for autoboot
Boot into HBL w/ menuhax
Press "Y"
Press "A"
Run Sysupdater (Froze first time at red words for n3ds)
If it freezes, reboot
Rinse and repeat.

For those who get blackscreen after the reboot: put the SD card out, turn 3ds on, after this if 3ds will be shown, put the sd card on and select the design. Choose whatever you want, save it. Now go on Design, choose default and it should be normal now
