Seems like everything 9.0 and up has a payload.

There is a payload for that version, indeed! Then, what about if you download the payload for your exact version from http://smealum.github.io/3ds/, rename it as "browserhax_hblauncher_payload.bin" and put into root of your SD?

That didn't work for him either. This should work on his FW though.

OK. He just has bad luck, then!..

Edit: Today, for me, loading BrowserHax without downloaded payload previously on SD root doesn't works for any strange reason. But, after putting payload, it works!... However, definitely is very annoying try to load this exploit on O3DS (many of times just doesn't work)!

Yep. It has never worked work for O3DS 9.2.0-20U either.

I've been getting reports it doesn't work good on 3DS's with the mset downgraded.

It's very strange that... Because I would suppose MSET doesn't anything to see with Web Browser, but, apparently yes from any way!

Maybe you have other mods interfering with it?

The only other mods I have are the old TWL Firm and DS Whitelist. Again, no way those titles would interfere in anything.
It's quite likely to be a faulty rop chain for certain home menu versions.

Well I've seen some people start it on 9.2 since it has a payload.

I am on 9.2 and never dealt with mset (strictly using spider), and this isn't working for me..

Yellow screen, followed by a gray screen, and it gets stuck on that screen or throws an error has occurred message.
