ALERT: This was a scam, if your PayPal transaction went through please file a dispute with eBay.
Don't open one with PayPal unless you know what your doing, having both open will cause problems.

Was checking eBay and found this listing for multiple Wii U consoles $30 each.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/181883272848

Thinking this was a typo I bought one thinking maybe I'd get lucky and the seller wouldn't cancel the order.
So what do you guys think of my chances of receiving anything ?.

78 already sold and the seller has 100% positive feedback.

Update: Sales are getting stopped at PayPal with a label saying Unclaimed.
Couple different explanations, but this just goes further to the point of buyer be aware

I actually saw that before when I was looking around.
I personally am very skeptical of that ad, mainly because the price is at 30 dollars, and it apparently comes with everything that a normal Wii U package has.
Also, from their other ads on Ebay, it looks like they're a scammer. Mainly because their other ad (if not all of the other ones) have a description of literally spam, and they all use the same photo. And lastly, their info for the item is pretty much copied-and-pasted, you can tell because there are (gray) boxes that are not matching with the white background.

Honestly, I think this is just a scam someone is trying to pull, and they're going to fail greatly due to the way Ebay handles their cases (or was it PayPal?). Either way, the main method those two services handles cases is that the buyer is always correct, and the seller is not.

Look at it this way, Make a fake paypal account, sell 100 Wii Us in One day at 30$, that's 3k... buy a lot of giftcards, they will cancell his account and he will keep the giftcards and you will have to file a case with paypal.. or. . he really has all those wii us for 30usd...

But all of the feedback is from being a buyer, not a seller, and you can link another paypal account to an old ebay account.. Maybe it got hacked, and the guy linked another fake paypal and is making 3k in a few days..

You wouldn't even do this with stolen goods. I saw this same scam with raspberry pi 2 kits for $25 shipped. The seller had hundreds of sales before the ad was yanked. I got a refund but never saw my Pi. He's also accepting offers. How's five bucks sound?

Maaan it looks so scammy, but I'm also kinda tempted to get one myself. Worst case scenario, what's the worst that can happen? I get inconvenienced having to file a complaint with PayPal? It's not like he'll be able to hack all my information just from a eBay listing.

Worst case scenario,, you will need to wait 3 weeks to get your money back.
