Which IR LED (the one near the new 3ds's cam or the one at the back for the circle pad pro etc) do you want to use and what do you want to do?
I have a 2ds. I want to use the one above the game card slot. I just want to control my tv with it

But you have to remember that the IR chip only supports a properitary protocoll which won't be compatible with a TV remote or everything else you might want to use it with.

@Xdqwerty, to answer your question, they're a fusion Brit-pop/J-pop/electronic band with a woman vocalist. Flamingo is hands down their best known song but they've got a ton of other really good songs+1 -
