Hardware PS Vita advice

i will be getting a ps vita soon , any advices on how i can enjoy it to the fullest ? like what should i do , how do i use it and some tips , because i am a real noob with it , i don't know anything about it so far

get a 32gb or 64gb MS
get PSN+
the vita can play some ps1 and some psp

have a ps3, some ps1/psp games will need a ps3 to be installed on the vita

Research a list of games you might be interested in.
Find out if you want to have the responsibility of buying a physical copy of a game or spending a lot of money on a memory stick to have the game downloaded.

Decide what your PSN name will be or create one ahead of time ( unless you have one than decide if you want to use the same account or not)

Don't hesitate to explore, it's always nice to figure out new things about a device you just got.

Aha , actually i am starting with an 8GB MS because i might buy physical games more than digital , but thanks
as for the ps+ , i watched a lot of reviews on youtube and everyone is saying to get a ps+ membership so yeah i am definitely getting it

i am a bit confused about this one , what do you say ? should i use my normal account which has some cross-play titles ? or use the japanese account that has so many games updated every week ? i don't really know

hmm , its used (should i get a new one ?) so its probably an original

well it depends , if it came with firmware version 3.36 or below , i would definitely install some hacks on it (especially eCFW) but if it came with 3.51 then i wont , because it would probably be a pain in the ass to do so .
i am just afraid it might have some problems with the battery , that orange blinking thing

I'd like to get a 32GB or 64GB but the bloody memory cards for the PlayStation TV (or Vita TV) are still overpriced and there's no generic Chinese cards available so I'll just have to do with 8GB. Not that I'm gonna use a whole lot of it since the PSTV will be mostly for PSP games and 1-2 Vita games.
