The bresilian reseller (Playtronics) said us on the 3DS chatango (http://gateway3ds.chatango.com/) the update will be release on the 2/1/15 and say it works with an exploit of the Mii Creator (a QR Code, like Ninjhax)

There was also a reseller that posted a blog post saying the update would come out on the 27th

Yes, because no one can just set their name to that of a reseller and claim whatever they want in an online chatroom for teh lolz...

Anyone who thinks any of the resellers are in some random Chatango room linked deep inside this thread are surely mistaken. I doubt anyone knows when the update will be released aside from Gateway.

Heh...to be honest I think they probably do, or maybe have a date in mind that they'd like to try and achieve...but they're probably going for some symbolic date or something. Either that or it just isn't quite finished yet, or they're trying to get as much as possible into this one update. Who knows...

Well so far we've seen "official" e-mails and replies that say things from "soon", to "any day now" to "before New Years"; most of which verified before New Years. I could log in as Obama and decree it to be released on Chatango. I kinda' don't trust it.
